Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales), processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping charges for your order are automatically calculated at checkout through USPS. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the postal service. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 52 U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at mandcpurelyhandmade@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
