At M&C Purely Handmade, each product is crafted with care using quality, sustainable ingredients. Because of the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.

• Defective or Damaged Items - If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will happily replace the item or issue a refund.

• Unopened, Unused Items - We do not accept returns of unopened and unused products.

• All Sales Final – For items marked “Final Sale,” no returns or exchanges are accepted unless the product is defective.
